Our interactive mine tours are limited to 20 visitors ( e.g. 18 students and two educators).

Become a miner yourself and experience the working day underground! Children are atcors of their own tour, drill boreholes, break up ore, push mine cars and assist with simulated blasting. At the end of the tour they receive a miner’s token and can take home a voucher for a free entry an the ore they mined.

The interactive tour is meant for children aged 6 to 14. It is entirely on foot and takes 2 hours. Maximum number of children per group is 18, a second tour is necessary for groups exceeding this number.

Reservation is mandatory at least 48 hours in advance. You can freely choose the timing and language (Luxembourgish, French, German, English) of your tour.

Mine train option: You may enrich your experience by adding a ride in our mine train. Please state so in our booking form if you whish to add this option

Meal option: Before or after your tour, you can have a special kids’ meal at our brasserie, at 13,80 euros per person. The menu is either Spaghetti Bolognese, pie or cake, 1 soft drink or Viennese Schnitzel with fries, pie or cake, 1 soft drink.
