MNM and Opyos Beverages recently presented a unique joint project: the first Luxembourg gin, matured for over a year in the depths of an iron ore mine 75 meters underground. This extraordinary experiment brings together craftsmanship, the Luxembourg region and industrial history in a product that could only have been born of this combination in the south of the country.
